TRE® (tension-trauma release exercises) uses seven simple stretches to open the psoas muscle. It creates neurogenic tremors that remove restriction in the body. QIGONG / TAI CHI
Qigong / Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice that uses gentle movements while standing. It is often called "mediation in motion." QiGong opens energy in your body while practicing balance, strength, and flexibility. Tammy teaches a blend of Qigong styles to create an accessible approach for beginners.

GENTLE / MODERATE HATHA YOGA
In our Hatha yoga class, we will begin with a body scan. We mindfully arrive in the pose, stay for 4~8 breaths, and gently exit from the pose. We move from seated to standing postures, sun salutations, and finish our practice with restorative poses. It is a holistic practice for the body, mind, and energy. With practice, Hatha yoga strengthens the bones, increases flexibility, and maintains balance.
