Whether you are seeking a quiet beach or the countryside, luxury accommodations or more affordable retreats, we have relaxing, nature-infused locations for you. We only partner with carefully-selected retreat centers with the best reviews. Retreat programs usually include: gentle/moderate Hatha yoga, meditation, energy work, TRE®/stress-trauma release exercises, restorative yoga, partner yoga, laughter yoga, communication workshops, somatic processes, family constellation exercises, and more. We do not follow a specific lineage, religion, or tradition. However, we are inspired by Buddhism and spirituality.
Our international retreats typically attract participants from all over the world! We once had a retreat with 16 participants and 14 different nationalities! We love diversity and bringing people together— solo travelers, couples, friends, and family members. It's a wonderful way to show that although there may be a range of ages, professions, and yoga experiences among us, we are creating a shared space with a common purpose: self-awareness, community, and connection.
