Partner Yoga is a light-hearted and playful way to experience yoga with another person. We use Hatha yoga poses such as Warrior 2, Triangle, Half moon, and Boat to double them up with a partner. Being of similar height and/or weight with your partner helps, but is not necessary. Above all, it requires communication and tuning into your partner's needs. A wonderful experience for couples, friends, siblings, mother-daughter pairs, or getting to know someone!
